International Symposium on Advances and Innovation in Mechanical Engineering (ISAIME) is an international conference initiated by Badan Kerja Sama Teknik Mesin (BKSTM), an Indonesian national organization on Mechanical engineering. It will be hosted by the Department of Mechanical Engineering, Hasanuddin University, Makassar, and held in Makassar, Indonesia on 13th October 2022 (online and offline)

The event is bringing together researchers, scientists, and engineers from academia and industry to present and exchange ideas with a focus on the advancement of mechanical engineering and technologies. All accepted papers will be included in ISAIME 2022 conference proceeding and will be submitted for indexing by Scopus.

International Symposium on Advances and Innovation in Mechanical Engineering (ISAIME) is an international conference initiated by Badan Kerja Sama Teknik Mesin (BKSTM), an Indonesian national organization on Mechanical engineering. The first ISAIME was hosted by the Department of Mechanical Engineering, Universitas Trisakti, and held in Jakarta, Indonesia on 9th – 10th October 2019. The Second ISAIME was hosted by the Department of Mechanical Engineering, Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta, and held in Yogyakarta, Indonesia on 12th – 14th October 2021. The event is bringing together researchers, scientists, and engineers from academia and industry to present and exchange ideas with a focus on the advancement of mechanical engineering and technologies.

  • Energy : Renewable Energy, Green Energy and Economy, Energy Storage, Generation and Transmission, Hybrid Renewable Energy Approaches, Biofuels, and Bio-vitality, Sustainable Nuclear Energy, Solar, and Wind Energy, Hydro Power Generation, Marine – Tidal and Wave Energy, Smart Grid Systems, and some more.
  • Design and Applied Mechanics are including manufacturing plants, motorized vehicles, aircraft, heating and cooling systems, robotics, medical devices, industrial equipment and machinery, and more.

DESCRIPTION OF PEER REVIEW PROCESS

  • All papers that comply with the submission guidelines will be peer-reviewed and assessed based on originality, technical and/or research content/depth, the topic of interest, conference relevance, contributions, and readability. Acceptance of articles will be informed to authors via email. The authors of accepted articles will be able to make changes based on the reviewer’s suggestion and submit final camera-ready manuscripts by the required deadline.
  • Each manuscript submitted will be independently reviewed by at least two reviewers with expertise in the relevant subject area in a double-blind peer-review process.
  • The submitted manuscript will be evaluated based on the full paper, including Abstract, Introduction, Methodology, Result, Discussion, and Conclusion, as well as appropriate references.
  • The decision for acceptance, amendment, or rejection is based upon the reviewer’s comments/recommendations and made by the Editor.
  • Authors are suggested to address all reviewer’s reports and improved the revised paper.
  • Upon receipt of the revised submission, the manuscript undergoes the next stage of the review process. Editors consider all the returned reviews before making an overall decision
  • Manuscripts sent back to the authors for revision should be returned to the Conference’s submission system not more than two weeks from the email notification.
