REQUIREMENTS AND PROCEDURES FOR ACCEPTANCE OF NEW STUDENTS THE MAGISTER PROGRAM AND DOCTOR PROGRAM 2019/2020 HASANUDDIN UNIVERSITY

Requirements:

  • Registrants that are allowed to make payments to Bank BTN are eligible registrants
  • Academic requirements are as follows: Derived from an accredited tertiary institution and study program and have a Bachelor diploma for applicants of the Masters Program and a Bachelor and Masters diploma or Specialist for Doctoral Program applicants;
  • Not permitted to use Temporary Passion Certificate:
  • Students of Graduate Programs that have been declared Drop Out (DO) by Universitas Hasanuddin on the same level of education is not permitted to register at Hasanuddin University

Registration Procedure:

  1. Paying the registration fee for Masters Program and Doctoral Program are Rp.750,000, (seven hundred and five) tens of thousands of rupiah);
  2. User ID uses Mobile phone number as ID Number
  3. The ID number functions as the username and the Access Code / PIN functions as the password printed on proof of payment from BTN bank Online registration on 23 September 2019 to November 3, 2019 at 23:59 local time
  4. Login Online Registration on page https://regpmb.unhas.ac.id
  5. On the Login Form Page: USERNAME enter the ID number (mobile number used when paying at Bank BTN) and PASSWORD enter the Access Code stated on the BTN payment receipt
  6. For participants who have paid and cannot log in with an access code from the BTN bank can send proof of payment to email info@pasca.unhas.ac.id or jibnur@yahoo.com with an email subject of verification of ACCESS CODE no. HP 08xxxxxxxxx (type the mobile number that was used at the time pay at Bank BTN)
  7. Choose Level of Education
  8. Select Study Program
  9. Fill in the Biodata carefully and upload other completeness (KTP number, biological mother’s name, diploma, Transcript, 3×4 size recent photograph with red background);
  10. Uploading a thesis or dissertation research plan draft (maximum 10 pages, A4 size, 2.5 cm margin, Times New Roman, font 12, space 1.5), consisting of introduction, problem formulation, research methods, and expected results;
  11. Applicants for Masters Program who have had International or Institutional TOEFL scores from the Unhas Language Center (ITP) for the last 6 months with a minimum TOEFL score of 450 or a minimum IELTS score of 5.0 are declared free of test for TOEFL material (original and photocopy submitted to the Joint Committee form);
  12. Applicants for Masters Program who already have TPA scores from Bappenas that are still valid with a minimum value of 500 is declared free of test for TPA material (original and photocopy submitted to the Committee along with the form):
  13. After completing the online form, applicants are required to send the required documents (one copy) as follows:
    • Online registration form,

    • Photocopy of KTP, 

    • Photocopy of Family Card.

    • Photocopies of certificates and transcripts that have been legalized by the authorized officials,

    • Photocopy of accreditation of study programs and colleges of origin,

    • For Hasanuddin University educators, must attach a License to Take the Test and SK CPNS as well as fulfilling the requirements as regulated in Rector Hasanuddin University Number 41644 / UN4.1 / PP.27 / 2016 dated September 27, 2016 Concerning Granting of Study Permits / Tasks Doctorate  for Educators at Hasanuddin University.

    • TOEFL and TPA scores (if any and still valid), 

    • Certificate of health, last 1 month,

    • Recent 3×4 size photographs with 1 sheet of red background, 

    • Hardcopy of a 3-fold draft research plan.

    • A statement letter is not registered as a student in one of the Study Programs and has no status Drop Out at Hasanuddin University.

  14. The registration file for the Masters Program uses a red transparent plastic folder while for the Doctoral Program use a blue transparent plastic folder:

Submission of registration file on September 24, 2019 until November 4, 2019 can be brought directly or sent to the Postgraduate Graduation Committee for the Final Semester 2019/2020 at: Hasanuddin University Postgraduate School JI. Perintis Kemerdekaan Km. 10 Makassar Tamalanrea Unhas Campus (90245)
  16. If there is a discrepancy between hardcopy and softcopy (online entry), the participant is declared fall.
  17. Printing of Exam Cards is done after file verification by the Admissions Committee and declared eligible (dated 10 to 16 November 2019);
  18. Carefully read the information in the Test Card about the day, date, time, place of the exam and material selection test;
  19. Examination cards must be taken and shown at the time of the selection exam;
  20. For participants who do not print Test Cards according to the specified schedule, it is not permitted take the selection exam.
  21. For participants who have paid the registration fee but have not registered online and submit / send the registration file, declared null and void the registration fee returned.
